Quality Assurance Program
SAG developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) which is ISO 9001 and AS 9100 compliant. It allows SAG to focus on systematically developing and communicating a customer-focused mission, strategies and action plans, listening and responding to the customers’ needs and expectations, empowering employees to continuously improve and increase their satisfaction with their work processes and environment, and gathering and analyzing key performance indicators to improve organizational and process results. SAG’s QMS meets the rigorous requirements of the international standard SAE ISO 9001 and AS 9100 and has been approved by NQA, one of the largest and most respected ISO registrars in the world. It addresses the design, development, production, and servicing of products and services, is integrated into our overall management approach, within the context of each unique PWS or SOW.
