Vistra-SAG Joint Venture
Special Applications Group (SAG) and Vistra Communications have been approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to participate in the SBA’s 8(a) Mentor/Protégé Program. The purpose of the Mentor/Protégé Program is to enhance the development of the Protégé (Vistra) through various forms of assistance from the Mentor (SAG).
WS3 Joint Venture
In 2015 SAG partnered with Waltonen Engineering to form a Joint Venture, WS3, to respond to Task Order Requests in support of the U.S. Army’s Tank-Automotive Command (TACOM) on the Strategic Services Solution (TS3) Family of Contracts, Knowledge Based Services (KBS) contract. WS3 JV is one of 10 small business winners on this large, 8-year, $1.8B IDIQ contract. The JV is actively developing solutions for TACOM by providing program and project management services, including engineering and technical services, logistics management services, management support services and professional services.
